Robert Davis...  The owner and manager of Davis Aircraft, Inc., has been  providing services for the  aviation industry since 1981,  starting  as a mechanic and flight instructor. 

Davis Aircraft  has developed  into a leading source for quality aircraft repair and commercial aviation services.  Davis Aircraft business is diversified to handle all your aviation needs.

 Davis Aircraft has been on the Baton Rouge Metro Airport for 37 years.  First, as a small business next to the airport tower, working on the airport with no fixed base.  In 2012, we expanded to a new and larger facility,  a hanger on the northwest side of the airport, we are now capable of doing aircraft maintenance, and have  a large show room to display  pilot supplies, aircraft parts.

 Included in the business is a FAA  testing center known as PSI (CATS) Testing.  We are capable of doing  all kinds of FAA knowledge testing.  Bob Davis  has been appointed a DME and is very proud of this appointment and will be able to work with local mechanics. 

Bob holds a CFI, CFII, MEI,  Seaplane, Citation, Falcon, and working on his helicopter certificate. 

OUR MISSION:

Bob is a former member of the local Civil Air Patrol as well as being a former commander. By doing this he is helping to further the aviation community by donating his time and knowledge to current and upcoming pilots and aircraft owners.    Bob is devoted to aviation and will take time to talk and assist whenever you need help.

Bob is committed to helping general aviation survive. He will work with the private aircraft owner doing assisted maintenance  to keep flying costs to a minimum.
